Does the process hurt?
The process is painless! The jewelry is not bonded to your skin…huge myth :)

Will I have to take my jewelry off, to clear airport security?
No. You can wear your jewelry through security without having any issues, and you will not be required to remove it during security screening.

MRI/Surgery
Consult your doctor if you will be required to remove your permanent jewelry during your MRI appointment. If your doctor requires you to take off your permanent jewelry for a medical procedure, we will re-weld your jewelry for $15.

*If you have to remove your permanent jewelry for a medical procedure, to remove, snip the jump ring with a clipper and keep the chain.

Repairs
We take time during your appointment to ensure the permanent jewelry is secure before you leave your appointment. We understand that mishaps can take place. Our jewerly is designed to last however, it does not mean it’s unbreakable. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry or it comes off for any reason, you're welcome to bring it to for repair. Repairs will incur a $15 fee.

If your jewelry is not in its original form, damaged or shows signs or neglect, a new purchase will be required.

We do not assume responsibility for misplaced or lost jewelry.

What materials do you use for your chains and charms?

Our chains and charms are Sterling Silver .925 or 14K Gold Filled. Our products are nickel free and hypoallergenic. We source for quality products and ensure our vendors are reputable and provide a quality product.

What is your process for refunds?

Due to the personalized nature of our business, refunds are not given once a chain is cut and welded.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Although your jewelry is of the best quality, it’s not indestructible. Please treat your purchase as you would any other fine jewelry-avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes, and chemicals. Jewelry can be washed gently with a soft toothbrush and dish soap.
